UpSkill Universe partnered with BT to develop and deliver virtual training courses, supporting 16-24 year olds in preparing for careers in today's digital workplaces.
Challenge
BT needed to adapt their face-to-face training sessions to virtual formats during the Covid-19 pandemic, while still effectively supporting young jobseekers in developing digital literacy and workplace readiness.
Solution
UpSkill Universe created two 45-minute virtual, instructor-led training courses focused on ‘Preparing for a Career in Today’s Digital Workplace’ and ‘Bringing Your Ideas to Life’. Expert coaches from UpSkill Universe’s global network delivered two webinars per week over an 18-week period, covering six key themes essential to the modern workplace and practical tools like Slack and Google Suite.
