UpSkill Universe partnered with Google to design and deliver the Hustle Academy, an innovative program equipping African SMBs with AI skills and tools for business growth.
Challenge
Google needed to scale its support for SMBs across Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa, with a particular focus on AI integration. The challenge was to create a comprehensive program that could be delivered in various formats while maintaining quality and impact.
Solution
UpSkill Universe developed a multi-faceted approach including a 5-Day virtual Bootcamp and a condensed 1-day in-person Bootcamp. The program also involved strategic partnership development, program support, and the creation of thought leadership reports. The curriculum focused on equipping SMBs with skills to leverage AI for business growth.
