UpSkill Universe partnered with the Department for Education to bridge the digital divide and create career opportunities for underserved communities in England.
Challenge
The Department for Education needed to implement the government’s Plan for Jobs through Skills Bootcamps. The challenge was to empower marginalised groups affected by the digital divide, developing their skill sets and providing practical experience to secure meaningful employment.
Solution
UpSkill Universe designed and delivered the Skills LaunchPad programme, offering comprehensive training in digital marketing. The programme included hands-on client projects to increase industry experience. UpSkill Universe also worked directly with companies to understand talent requirements and secure interviews for participants.
