Challenge
NHS Property Services had distributed devices to over 3,000 non-clinical staff across England, many of whom worked part-time or in shifts. The challenge was to ensure proper uptake and interaction with these devices, moving towards a more digitally streamlined way of working.
Solution
UpSkill Universe created a tailored digital skills programme that addressed both workplace and personal digital skills. The programme included a suite of training videos with accompanying quizzes, covering topics such as online purchasing, digital safety, and data analysis. The training was designed to be accessible and easily digestible for a diverse audience, including those with language barriers or learning difficulties.
